Methodist Health System - Nurse Internship Program

Methodist Health System is currently accepting applications for the January 2010 Nurse Internship program.
Internships are available in the following areas; ICU, ED, Women’s’ Services, Telemetry, Med/Surge and Surgical Services.

Sixty-six percent of our externs stay with us for internships. The nursing internship program at Methodist Health System is growing quickly.

Through a relationship with the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Texas at Tyler, Methodist became the first private hospital in Dallas to offer college credit for nursing internships. We have intern positions in the operating room as well as medical/surgical, critical care, postpartum, and neonatal intensive care areas. All internships are approved for three credit hours toward an undergraduate or master’s level degree.

For more information about nurse internships at Methodist Health System, call 214-947-6510 for internships at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and 214-947-6565 for internships at Methodist Charlton Medical Center.

Hi Good day! I am a registered Filipino nurse with 4yr BSN degree. I am a NCLEX passer and I currently have my visa screen certificate. I would like to inquire if you sponsor nurses for H1B visa? I am currently looking for an employer and I am willing to be the one to shoulder the visa and other expenses.

Hi!
My fiance will be graduating within the next 2 years from a PhD program and will be looking for a teaching job in Dallas. We are hopeful to be at a Christian College. I am writing to you to find out more about your student reimbursement options for RNs. I will be graduating as an RN next December and I am looking into your program! I have heard great things about your hospital and would love to be a part of the “family”.
Thank you for your time,
Leah
